Terms and prices are effective January 1, 2008 and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due in full when placing your order and prior to delivery. Payment transactions will be processed via phone, web site or in person at the business operation.
Orders for new clients must be completed minimum 48hours prior to the day you would like your meals delivered on for existing clients orders can be completed 24hours prior.
Comprehensive packages include packaging and grocery costs. If you require organic other special ingredients or individual packaging surcharges will be applied.
Pricing includes meal preparation, shopping, cooking, packaging, storage, labeling, and delivery.
G.S.T. will be added to each order.
Our Guarantee
All food is prepared in a certified, licensed, sanitary, professional kitchen. We prepare your meals fresh and deliver them to your home in airtight, sealed oven-safe containers. You can safely store meals for up to three days in a refrigerator set at 35°F, or in the freezer for up to 10 days. If you think that any product is not fresh please freeze it and return it to OyCheff. Once we receive your return you will receive a replacement meal similar to the one returned. If the product is not returned then no replacement will be issued.
Our Packaging – your fresh food!
All entrees, side orders, soups and salads serve 4-6 people.
We guarantee meals will stay fresh for 3 days if refrigerated and for 10 days if frozen from delivery date.
Each compartment is sealed to prevent leakage and tightly sealed to lock the freshness of meals. Our aluminum trays are freezable and oven safe. Our carton containers should only be refrigerated.

Verification of orders that you place online
Once you have ordered your meals online you are able to print out your invoice. Your invoice includes a list of the food items that you have ordered, the total cost including delivery and taxes. When you click the submit button the order is transmitted to OyChef. Please refer to cancellation and change regulations section.
Important Things to Remember When Placing Your Order
When you enter your profile please be sure to check your information carefully. If you provide incorrect information and OyChef is unable to deliver, or delivers to the wrong address, you are responsible for food payment and other invoiced charges. Also, after you place your order, carefully check all information on your invoice and notify customer service if there is an error.
If you need to change a scheduled delivery date, you must notify customer service 24 hours in advance (phone: 416-962-2121).
We ask you that someone will be home at the date and time of the delivery; your delivery driver will bring your meals in and place them in your refrigerator or arrange them on the counter for you.
If your community has a guard station you are responsible for making sure that OyChef driver is given access to your address. If the delivery driver is turned away you are responsible for food payment and other invoiced charges. If you prefer that the driver return a second time, we will add an adjusted delivery fee to your invoice.
Receiving your food
When completing your customer profile, you are responsible for entering the correct address, including street number, apartment number, building number, buzzer number, postal code, and the correct spelling of the name of the person to whom the food is to be delivered.
We ask you that someone will be home at the date and time of the delivery; your delivery driver will bring your meals in and place them in your refrigerator or arrange them on the counter for you.
Full Service Home Delivery
Your delivery driver will deliver fresh meals on the day scheduled between the hours scheduled.
Delivery fees apply according to your delivery address postal code.
Your meals arrive complete with detailed labels which outline the contents of each meal and clear storage and heating instructions.
Allergies
OyChef recognizes that the following foods may cause severe allergic reactions in some people. Your safety is important to us therefore if you are allergic to any type of food please pay attention to the ingredients listed in our menu. Our meals have traces of different kinds of foods.
OyChef is not responsible for any health problems you may suffer if you choose a meal or food item to which you are allergic, nor are we responsible if you select a meal that contains a food item that you do not care for.
It is solely your responsibility if you are allergic to any type of food.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be redeemed for any of our services. All gift certificates will expire one year from the date of purchase.
Gift certificates are not refundable for cash.
